Vouchers and purchase estimates, 1854-1923 (bulk 1854-1859, 1920-1923)

The series consists of a small amount of contingent account vouchers (1854-1859) from the State Asylum for Idiots, and special fund estimates (1920-1923) from the Syracuse State School. These are probably only a small part of a larger (unknown) group of institutional finance or purchase records. The estimates are for office stationery items, rubber footwear, coal, and other commodities approved for purchase by the state's Department of Purchase.
